Flu season is here!! The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all children over 6 months of age take the flu vaccine this Fall and Winter. Call the office to schedule your appointment. Don't let the flu bug get to your children!

It's Late at night and your child isn't feeling well, Laurel Children's Clinic is On-Call 24/7. You are welcome to call for issues that cannot wait till morning. Please call us before taking your child to an "Urgent Care" facility. It is possible that the "Urgent Care" facilities may not have trained pediatricians and possibly might not get as much care as you would from your own doctor.
If you must seek medical care for your child before our offices open, I prefer that you visit a hospital-based emergency room, such as Children's National Medical Center or Holy Cross Hospital, instead of the "Urgent Care" facilities.
